Tyburn
Academy is a member of the New York State Public High
School Athletic Association (NYSPHAA) and Section III.
We compete at the varsity and junior varsity level against
area high schools in boys and girls soccer, boys and girls
basketball, girls softball and boys baseball. Boys and
girls lacrosse is offered in the spring at the intramural/instructional
level with hopes of competing at the interscholastic level.
Soccer teams play home games at the Ultimate Goal in Marcellus,
NY and boys and girls basketball teams play home games at
Spartan Hall at the Cayuga Community College campus.
As a full member of Section III our student athletes qualify
to compete at the sectional and state level in varsity sports.
We plan tol introduce modified sports programs to serve as
feeders for junior varsity and varsity teams. At the present,
the Auburn school district allows our Auburn students to participate
in its modified sports offerings.”
